• Soak for up to 6-12 (your choice) hours in clean water.
• Drain, replace with fresh spring/alkaline water then blend/boil(your choice) until a CAKE BATTER like consistency.
• After blending, pour into desired container allow to cool and take a minimum of 2-3 tablespoons per day.
• You can then add directly to shakes, hot water, stews, soups and salads or as desired.
• You can also add rehydrated sea moss as a extra topping to a fresh salad as well.

Storage after processing options:

In a glass container and keep refrigerated or you can place gel in a ice tray freeze them then store the sea moss cubes in a ziploc bag or freezer safe container and use them as needed(this option also be stored up to 6 months in the freezer)
